Thanks to the continuous development of the technology carried out on its own plants, aimed at improving the performances and reducing the shut-down periods, NoyEngineering offers a plant which respects the most strict regulations on gaseous emissions (European Standards (N°2000/76/CE) and dispose a wide range of waste with a high performance in terms of energy recovery and environmental sustainability.
ITR NOY’s emissions values are more than 50% lower than the regulation values.

NoyEngineering's combustion technology is based on a water-cooled reciprocating grate with the following advantages:
■  Greater flexibility regarding type and dimension of waste
■  Complete combustion of waste (unburned < 0.5%)
■  Higher amount of electric power recovered
Two fundamental factors assure the high performance of the combustion process:
1. The distinctiveness of the combustion grate that permits
■  the complete combustion of very wet materials
■  inert residues and concentrations of carbon monoxide lower than 1/10 respect to the regulation values in the combustion fumes
■  acceptance of material with a heat value up to 22,000 kJ/kg
2. The monitoring and control system
■  intervenes on the feeding and on the grid moving system (independent adjustment of all grate sectors)
■  doses the correct amount of waste according to its heat value
■  permits a steady thermal load in the combustion chamber and a constant steam production

NoyEngineering's technology for the energy recovery is based on special materials and on the geometric shape of the boiler which permits:
■  to produce steam with advanced thermodynamic characteristics (67 bar (a) and 430°C)
■  to achieve up to 28% energy recovery efficiency
The plant can also recover heat at the outlet of the turbine. This recovery process allows to reach even much higher efficiencies and to use steam for district-heating or for industrial processes.

NoyEngineering's fume treatment technology (COOL & CLEAN patent) is realized in 5 steps and uses a completely dry system.
The fume treatment system allows the highest efficiency of pollutant damping.
■  Electrostatic filter for damping of nearly all the dust found in the combustion fumes
■  Dry reactor for dosing the sodium bicarbonate to damp acid pollutants (mainly HCI and SOx)
■  Dry reactor for dosing the activated carbons to damp heavy metals (mainly mercury) and dioxins
■  Bag filter to damp the remaining dusts and reaction products
■  DeNOx catalytic system (SCR) to reduce NOx and for further destroying of dioxins

CONTROL SYSTEM
The installation of the control and supervision system enables the optimization of the process in each phase.
The monitoring and control system enables to rapidly achieve and constantly keep the set process parameters.Each line is also equipped with computers needed to stop the process in the event of serious failures.

NoyEngineering proposes an integrated approach to the plant completion, placing itself as the only interlocutor on the Buyer’s behalf.
