In the direct spinning process, the melted PES or PA6.6 coming from the polymerization section is conveyed directly into the spinning heads; the spinning line consists of a manifold and spinning heads. The number of spinning pumps and spin-packs of each spinning head can vary depending on the specific client’s need.
The length covered by the melted polymer to reach each spinning position is short, guaranteeing the same residence time inside the pipes, thus maintaining a uniform quality.
