Post-polymerization and additives coating principle
NoyEngineering’s technology is aimed at obtaining a suitable additive distribution on the polymer chips surface in order to produce the right HTY for the specific market field.
The required PA post-polymerization plant is specially designed with an Additive aqueous solution Dosing Systems located at the beginning of the DRYING/SSP process. The coating of the polymer chips is obtained during the DRYING/SSP process. Water is streamed-out and the additives are uniformly distributed on the chips surface
